If you know the product you wish to purchase, just enter the relevant store using the links on the top of every page (Music store or Movie store in this case).

Once inside a store, we urge you to spend a few moments on the home page. At a glance this will tell you all thatís happening in this store currently (offers, promotions, bargains, deals, events etc.). This will probably help you decide which section you wish to go to next.

To help you locate your products faster across our selection , you can use our browse and search features:
You can browse through products in different categories using the links on the right hand side. Once you find items that you wish to buy, you can click on the product for more details on the product.

If you know what you want, you can directly go to the product of your choice using the "Search" feature accessible from the top of every page on the store. To search for a product (say, Harry Potter), just type "Harry Potter" in the search box provided,  and click 'SEARCH'. This will display all Harry Potter titles.

Once you are ready to purchase an item, click on the link "Add to shopping cart" next to it. This will add the product of your interest from the store into your own shopping cart.

You can add as many items you require from any of our stores to your shopping cart in a similar manner.

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, you are now ready to check out.

There are two options:-

1) View your cart - Just click on the "View Cart" icon available on the right panel.

2) Directly Checkout - Click on "Checkout".

In "View cart" you can see the number of products that you have selected to buy.If you wish to remove any product from cart , click on the "Remove" checkbox provided on the left hand side and then click on "Update cart".The selected product will be removed from the cart.

if you wish to add(buy) more products to cart click on "Continue Shopping".

Click on "Checkout" to initiate the check out process.

At this stage, if you have not signed in, we will ask you to enter your user id and password.
If you dont have a user id and password, you would be required to submit some simple details, including a user id and password of your choice. You will use the same user id and password for all your subsequent visits to Dearcinema.

Provide Shipping Details:
You can provide an address where you wish the ordered items to be delivered. At Dearcinema, you can choose different shipping address.

"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Dearcinema. Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.

All item prices on Dearcinema are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax.
Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.

Your order passes through several states before it finally enters the 'Completed' state after it is delivered to you to the shipping address you entered while ordering. The following are the states through which the order goes through and their meanings:

Pending :Your order has been logged on the store. We have yet to get the authorisation from the bank or we are waiting for the bank to get back to us with the authorisation of your payment.

Processing : We have received the payment approval from the bank and we are about to begin the processing of your order.

In Checkout : The Shipment has been handed over to our courier service and is in transit.

Completed :Shipment delivered to you.

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Dearcinema.

To check the status of your pending orders, goto 'My Dearcinema' and then click on "My orders". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

To cancel the order write to support@dearcinema.com or call us .Orders will be cancel only if they aren't processed.A certain transaction feel shall be charged for the orders through Debit cards or Netbanking.

No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of our stores. At Dearcinema, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

After you have entered the shipping details, you can apply any valid Dearcinema Discount Coupons you may have with you.

You can pay for your order using payment options, ranging from credit and debit cards, direct bank account debits etc.

Some options like bank debits may take you directly to the web sites of the partnering banks.

Review your order:

Now you will be shown the summary of your order. Click on "Make payment" and enter the payment details to complete the ordering process.

On the next page, you will be shown your order number. You will now be informed regularly on the status of your order by emails from Dearcinema.

Please contact customer service at support@dearcinema.com or call on 022 - 42141414. If the order is not executed i.e if the payment is not captured we will cancel the same.

Refund is not entertained in the situations below:

1. In case the Shipping Address mentioned is found as incorrect.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Product with no defects .

4. Loss of product by the recipient .

Return is not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

In such case the item would be replaced at our cost. Kindly contact us.

If an item ordered by you on Dearcinema is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, Please call us or email us on support@dearcinema.com for a replacement. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. Post that we will ship out the replacement item to you.

A shipping charge is applicable on all items at Dearcinema . When you click on the product you wish to buy , the shipping charge of that product will be mentioned in the product details.

5. When you use your card in physical outlets / stores, you leave behind your credit card number on the charge slips. (To prevent others from merely using this number, Dearcinema insists that consumers also enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value), while entering credit card details. This number is typically available only at the back of your credit card number, to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic with him/her).

In cases where you are using direct savings bank account debits, you always get connected to the web site of the bank directly, which means you are submitting your account details to the bank and not to the merchant (Dearcinema).

When you use Citibank credit cards or Citibank Suvidha, you can also enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) for authentication and increased security.
